What has happened in the Partner Programme so far this year?
Over the last 6 months, we’ve launched plenty of new API products, as well as making improvements to the existing ones. One of our new products for this year is the Opportunities API, which allows you to share customised commercial advice with your properties. This is great for properties, and implementing it can earn you up to 51 points in the programme.
Earlier this year, we added business and country rates to the Promotions API. These allow your properties to set specific rates for business guests or guests from certain markets.
As well as improving our products, we recently ran 2019’s first satisfaction survey, which has given us great insights into the needs of our partners. All partners who completed the survey earned 10 points in the programme – so thanks a lot to all of you who took the time to share your thoughts with us. These points are now visible in the Engagement pillar in your Provider Portal.

Peak Season is well under way for most of your properties. The Peak Season competition is a great way to boost your properties’ performance and attract more bookings during this busy period. Take part in the Peak Season competition by opting in here and promoting six key opportunities: Genius, Preferred, Business rates, Automatic replies, 24-hour reception and Key collection. Promoting these opportunities could earn you up to 100 points.
Products & Quality
At this busy time of year, it’s important that properties find it easy to improve their performance. The Opportunities API is a great way to do that. Unlock 15 points by adopting the Opportunities API and earn three points every month when your properties use the API. That’s 51 points up for grabs in this pillar.
You can earn 15 points by participating in partner interviews with one of our teams. And if you help us out with beta testing one of our new products, you can also add another 25 points. If you’re interested, just let us know.
