The whitelisting of certain machine accounts can only be deactivated manually by the Booking.com Connectivity Team. This is an option that’s only available in certain circumstances to locally installed providers and properties with a dynamic IP address.
In order to deactivate the whitelisting, contact us with the name of the machine account you’d like to deactivate whitelisting for, along with the property ID that this machine account is connected to.
