How can I check if a reservation was retrieved via my interface?
If you need to check whether a particular reservation has been retrieved successfully by your interface, go to your Provider Portal, then under the ‘Reports’ tab, click ‘Reservation Timeline’.
In the ‘Reservation Timeline’, you can enter the Booking.com reservation number and click ‘Search’. There, you’ll see the whole history of that particular reservation since it was queued for the reservation pull.
Below you’ll find a few examples of successful reservation message retrieval for both B_XML and OTA, as well as a fallback and scenarios such as pulling a confirmation message, a modification and cancellation.
