Properties can make changes to room names by clicking on the ‘Property’ tab, selecting ‘Room details’ and clicking ‘Edit’.
They can make changes to rate categories by clicking on the ‘Rates & Availability’ tab, selecting ‘Rate plans’ and clicking ‘Edit’.
If your properties need extra support with these changes, they can contact their local support team by going to the ‘Inbox’ tab and selecting ‘Booking.com messages’.
Note: Neither connectivity partners nor the Booking.com Connectivity Team can change room names or rate categories.
