If your connected property no longer wants to receive credit card information via XML messages, you can change your credit card settings in your Provider Portal. You can also choose between disabling all credit card details and disabling just the CVC.
- Go to the Provider Portal, and open the ‘Properties’ tab.
- Click on the property who wants to stop receiving credit card details.
- Click on ‘Property Settings’.
- Under ‘Credit card data via API’, select the option that best suits the property’s needs, and click on ‘Save’.
If your property would like to receive emails with a link to guests’ credit card details, you can activate that by selecting ‘Send property email with link to CC details’.
