Unfortunately, as a Connectivity Partner, you can’t adjust a rate set-up yourself.
If a property wants to enable single-use for a rate, or change their rate management to ‘XML’ or ‘XML res’ (meaning that the rate is managed in the Booking.com extranet only), they should contact their local Booking.com support team. They can do this by clicking on the ‘Inbox’ tab and selecting ‘Booking.com Messages’.
Note: the Booking.com Connectivity Team cannot adjust a property’s rate set-up.
