Sometimes, properties may ask you how to access their guests’ card details, including the CVC code.
Most connected properties will receive guests’ card details and CVC codes directly through your connectivity software rather than the extranet, as this is the default setting.
However, it is possible for properties to view this information through the Booking.com extranet. For basic instructions on how to view card details in the Booking.com extranet, property partners can find more information on the Partner Help Centre.
Note that CVC codes don’t appear on the extranet by default. That’s because the retrieval of the reservation via the XML message counts as the first viewing of the CVC code, meaning that for legal reasons it won’t show up again in further checks.
