Although our connectivity systems are constantly monitored, sometimes they do experience outages.
For outages that last longer than 30 minutes, we’ll let you know via the Provider Portal. Any updates on those outages will then be communicated in the same place.
The announcements will always include timestamps for the start of the outage, as well as for the resolution. They will also include information about the cause and impact of the decreased performance. If any action is needed from your side, the recommended steps will also appear in the updates.
